COLLECTIVE HOUSING (academic project in Bucharest ;2015)

The proposal wants to make the city attractive and more dense, to create intensity, identity and a more social way of living together We directed our research towards a hybrid typology combining the nature and artificial together. To answer to this problem we propose a new typology based on connection betwen outdoor spaces, like greenhouese, common spaces, good urban position and apartments that want to obtain the benefits of living in an apartment without the feeling of being trapped in a socialist box that still dictates Bucharest urban Housing. We want to give them the feeling of belonging to a place, to identify with the ansamble, to be part of a community.
